A Little History About First National Bank...

Originally chartered as First National Bank of Kramer in 1906, the move was made to the County seat of Bottineau in 1931 and changed to First National Bank in Bottineau. In 1975 our name was changed to First National Bank and Trust Company of Bottineau. The building that we currently occupy was completed in 1956, and has stood the test of time. For over 115 years First National Bank has been here to meet the needs of its customers.

A Little Bit About Bottineau...

Bottineau, ND is nestled in the foothills of the Turtle Mountains.  The city is home to Dakota College at Bottineau. Attractions in Bottineau include the Bottineau Winter Park and "Tommy Turtle," the world's largest turtle, which has become a landmark for the city. The International Peace Garden is nearby to the northeast.  Beautiful Lake Metigoshe and Lake Metigoshe State Park is located about 10 miles north of town.  Bottineau is primarily an agricultural and recreational community.
